You can also change it through our customer center. Please note that cancellation of supplementary services are only available via customer center.

SKYLIFE [Foreigner] After SkyLife Mobile activated and USIM inserted, Talk and Text(incoming & outgoing) are possible, but data cannot be used.
You need to check whether phone call or data has been blocked on your device first. If both aren't blocked, the USIM may not be detected, so your device registration is required. Please contact the customer center for the registration after checking your IMEI. Nevertheless the data cannot be used, it may be a USIM defect. Please try checking on another device, and if the USIM is still undetected, we will resend a new USIM.
